RFP

The RFP/RFI process is extremely important, as we typically will not implement the software.
We have been asked by clients to maintain a presence and interact with the PMO and/or the
implementation firm to assure the implementation is properly executed.

Request for Proposal (RFP) or Information (RFI)
• Send detailed requirements to vendors
• Ask for specific solutions to business needs
• Evaluate RFP responses for completeness and feasibility

Evaluate and Test Solutions
• Product demos and walk-throughs
• Request vendor trials or proof-of-concept (POC)
• Score features and performance based on user feedback
• Assess integration with existing systems
