The selection of a software vendor with a consulting department can be the safest but also an expensive plan. Also, the vendors goal is to sell software “not implement” the software and you may have staff swapped on and off the implementation.

Finding a Vendor approved partner firm can often be the answer to a less expensive implementation and maintaining continuity of personnel during the implementation.

Interviews and separate RFP’s will be necessary, adds an additional step, but can be valuable in the long term. We will research the implementation firms and assist your procurement department with any direction they may need for selection criteria.
